We, at all 3 of our establishments of Michael Hotels, are organizing every detail to make your stay safe. We are taking all measures; frequent sanitization, required spacing and specific products to keep our guests safe.
Our first concern is the well-being and safety of all and we will ensure that rules are fully enforced and respected.
We are making the most of our outdoor spaces to give you moments of relaxation in the open air
CANCELLATION POLICY
Management of deposit/deposit in case of cancellation:
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, any amount paid will be refunded.
It is required the receipt of payment of the deposit and photos of documents of people present in the hotel in order to facilitate check in
The balance of the stay will be paid on arrival at the hotel
If your trip cannot start due to Covid-19 disease or regional border blocks you can cancel your reservation at no charge even the day before
the deposit will be refunded
FAST CHECK-IN
In order to respect the correct distancing, the following procedures will be adopted the guest will be asked to send a copy of the scanned identity document via email in order to speed up the check-in and registration procedure. At the entrance is affixed:
- a sign showing basic hygiene procedures;
- disinfectant dispenser
- The desk is equipped with transparent Plexiglas which will allow a clear separation between the guest and the receptionist;
- Entrance to the lifts must be single or at most only for the same family;
- Each single item delivered to the guest will be previously sanitized and sanitized again when returned;
CLEANING THE ROOMS
The room will be sanitized with adequate and certified products. All surfaces are clean with specific sanitizing products
Our rooms are always sanitized before the arrival of our guests. We will continue to do this more carefully. All spaces and surfaces often touched such as elevator buttons and handles will be sanitized several times, every day.
COMMON SPACES
The sanitization procedures, in detail, will be intensified as follows:
in all common areas, disinfectant gel dispensers will be positioned at the right distance.
All common areas will be adequately cleaned with specific products.
THE RESTAURANT SERVICE
For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in our restaurant or outdoors in the seated areas with buffet service in the dining room, we will take sanitising measures.
It is also possible to request the take away service.
Also, all surfaces are sanitized continuously. The workstations are organized in such a way that the employees respect distance measures with each other and, in any case, all workers will be provided with a mask.
The tables will be distributed throughout the hall at the established distances. The tablecloth will be replaced for each new guest.
ROOM SERVICE
Room service will be carried out through disposable, hermetically sealed containers that will be brought by a waiter equipped with his personal protective equipment.
TAKEAWAY SERVICE
The takeaway service will be carried out through hermetically sealed containers that are normally suitable for take away. The meals will be delivered by the room staff, equipped with personal protective equipment, directly to the guest.
THE BAR
The bar counter is equipped with plexiglass and the staff equipped with masks.
BEACH
The umbrellas at the right distance and all the large outdoor common areas will facilitate an optimal distribution of guests on vacation.
The sunbeds and umbrellas will be positioned at the distance required by law and will be sanitized every day
ANIMATION
The activities will be done in compliance with the rules
POOL
The pool water will be treated with 0.2% chlorine solution and the presence of chlorine will be constantly monitored
